PRICE GUARANTEE - Should you be offered a
lower price for the same package by the hotel, we'll refund the
difference and, once your booking has been confirmed, the price will not
change.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION - If you have reason to submit a written
complaint, we will respond within 14 days of receipt.
SUPERBREAKS are at your
service 7 days a week via the MIKE COLES TRAVEL weblink.
SERVICE - Should you receive poor or discourteous service from any
member of staff, please bring this to our attention and we will send you
a £10 Leisure Break
Voucher.
MEETING YOUR EVERY NEED -
If your first choice of break is not available, we promise to offer you
a suitable alternative.
Don't forget that you can make a reservation
right up to the last minute - even on your day of travel.
TICKET DESPATCH - Where
bookings are made before 13.00hrs, all tickets and travel documents will
be sent to you on the day of booking. For those booked later, they will
be despatched the next working day.
PEACE OF MIND - Should
you arrive late at your hotel, your rooms will still be secured.
