PET HATE...number 2 ! Phoning an internet company, an airline, a business, a bank, a utility who know you there is no choice but to phone them. You're answered by computer 1! who insists you press key 1 or 2 or 3 on your telephone keyboard, then you're put through to computer 2...... which after a few more key presses puts you through to son of computer 2... which is actually computer 3! Computer 3 assures you it has really appreciated your call...but please call back later!! AAAAHHHH!!!! AND it was an 0870 number as well!
